I've spent five years in content and influencer marketing. It started with paid social and growing Instagram accounts, then freelance work finding creators for fashion and lifestyle clients, and most recently running a full influencer program: 50+ integrations a month on a creator budget of $15,000+, with around 500,000 views a month.
I studied computer engineering, and it shows up in how I work. When a task keeps repeating, I build a tool for it instead of doing it by hand again. Four of those tools are below. I'm looking for a remote role in influencer marketing, creator partnerships or marketing operations.
Each one came from a task I got tired of doing by hand: writing scripts, collecting screenshots for reports, sorting replies, searching for creators.
Writing a script for one creator used to take me 15-20 minutes. This takes a brief and the creator's style and gives back a script draft with hook, body and call to action in seconds. It can do a whole campaign at once and export to Google Docs. I still edit every draft before it goes out, usually the hook.
Creators send screenshots of their stats, and I used to retype the numbers into a spreadsheet. This reads the numbers from the screenshots, puts them in a review queue so I can check them against the image, and builds the report for the brand.
After outreach, replies pile up and the good ones get lost. This sorts each reply by what the creator wants and how urgent it is, drafts an answer, logs it to a sheet, and leaves the draft in Gmail. Nothing gets sent without me.
Building a shortlist by hand means hours of scrolling. This takes platform, niche, audience size, engagement rate and location, and returns a ranked list of creators to reach out to.
